Description

Loaded with Chevy V8 6.0 Vortec engine 300 hp, 12 to 15 mpg, cruise control, 31 Gal (117L) gas tank, 45 lb (38 L) propane tank, LCD TV with DVD Player and cable input, Stereo radio with remote and Bluetooth, generator and inverter, 2-way refrigerator (propane/elec), 2 burner propane stove, 2 ACs, 2 heaters (propane/elec), backup camera, Viper alarm with remote, bath with toilet and indoor/outdoor shower, Fantastic Fan with remote, sink with cold and hot water, water capacity 20 gals (14 fresh,6 hot), tires~17k with 3/8" tread remaining (good for 5-10k), side awning, Spare tire and rack to mount on back, back towing hitch, front bull rack (?attach bike), Water, sewer (gravity), and electric hookups (30 Amp service only). Three prior owners in Texas and Calif, each owned about 5 yrs and drove about 9500 mi per yr. We have driven about 9000 miles this year without incident. Well maintained and condition good. Drives and parks like an SUV.UPDATE ON 31 October 2020: Just had smog test and mechanic inspection yesterday of tires, batteries, and engine. All passed. Compression in cylinder #8 was 160 PSI (Good, and should last another 50-100 k miles before work needed). Tire tread "good for at least another 5-10 k miles depending on driving conditions". Both batteries (Starter and Auxiliary batteries) are in good shape and providing correct voltage. No error messages for engine. I provide this information for those who are concerned about "high milage". These Chevy V8 engines typically last 250-300 k miles. Plenty of usage left.UPDATE ON 18 NOV2020: Researched tires and they are about 2 yrs old, designed and warrantied for 50,000 miles in all weather and off-road. Made by Cooper, named Discoverer HT3, LT 225/75R16. Cost about $160 each on Amazon. Lots of wear left.
