Really Good condition, everything works on it, has a heater for water and holding tanks so they don't freeze in the winter. The awning fabric is new along with the awning over the slide outs, has 2 TVs old style, not flat screen, does have contol center for both TVs. The body does have a few dings in it, the lower half of the ladder is gone, trying to get a new one, but no promises. The captains chair, drivers, does have a rip in it. The generator is really finicky, some days goes forever, some days lucky to get it to run for 10 minutes at a time, trouble code says no ignition sensed, change plugs ran great for a few days then started all over again.
