Description

I am selling my converted camper van. This is a 1992 diesel ambulance with a custom box built by Wheeled Coach Corp. It served as an ambulance for many years, then a training vehicle at Pacific Union College, and I bought it in December of last year. I have been living in this van since school went online in April, and I am not in a hurry to sell but I would be willing to let it go for a good price. This is a fully built out van that is very comfortable to live in. My layout includes a table that turns into a bed, a sink and shower with a large tank and water pump, good battery capacity, lots of storage space on the interior and exterior and a roof rack.
Features:

Electrical system:
2 200 amp hour lead acid batteries connected in parallel (total of 400 amp hours, lasts about five days)
Front and back light bars, floodlights on each side
1000 watt inverter
3 12v outlets
2 120v inverter outlets, 2 120v shore power outlets
Batteries can be charged by extension cord to any 120v outlet (regular house outlet)
Heater, water pump, lights, and fans run off batteries

Water system:
33 gallon water tank
3 gpm water pump
Sink
Shower with 1.75 gpm shower head (on outside, no hot water)

Features:
Table becomes bed
Lots of interior and exterior storage areas
Large roof rack
Diesel heater with thermostat, pulls fuel from vehicle tank so it never runs out of fuel
Ventilation fans
Interior lights
12v and 120v outlets
Can sleep 4 people inside and two on the rack
Hangboard
Window covers for blackout

Vehicle:
Just got a new transmission put in, has a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty
Recently got new tires on the front and alignment
Engine is 7.3 IDI with Banks Turbo
Odometer reads 55k but this is not accurate, odometer was reset at some point
14 mpg highway
33 gallon fuel tank

Problems:
No A/C
There are a few minor problems with the electrical system, nothing major and too complicated to explain here
Not quite tall enough to stand up in, unless you are like 5'2" or below

There a few more things I would have liked to do on this vehicle, but have not had the time. It is fully livable, but I was planning on painting the wood on the inside and putting solar on. I also would have liked to make cushions for the benches in the back. These are some easy projects that could be completed by the buyer. Overall, this is an awesome van that could be great to live in or to use for weekend trips. Quarantining at home isn't so bad when your home has wheels :)
