This 28 foot 5th wheel is in excellent condition as it has been used less than 10 times. The hitch is included. We enjoyed the fire place, lounge chairs and large tv. There is plenty of storage, a good sized shower and comfy bed. Set up is easy and the three sliders and hida-bed couch is great for a family or entertaining the garndkids.
