This rig is set up for people who adventure. You can haul toys, animals, or take extra gear for your sport or hobby in the 8'X10' garage. There is a 72" opening without removing the exterior wall. The height is 74". Many people turn this flex room into an office or storefront.

UNIQUE FEATURES: three separate rooms, walk up private loft, patio, and a gas refill station. The power windshield sun shade and nightshades are highly desireable. You will like the sub woofer, outdoor TV and large basement storage compartments that includes one pass through.

USED is the way to go: The shakedown is done and all systems work well. Maintenance has been regular and of course all fluids and filters have been maintained. The gray and black tanks are cleaned after every dumping. It’s been used consistently, therefore all of the systems work well.

IMPROVEMENTS: easy fill batteries, train horn, air conditioners silenced, motor silenced, most rattles and squeaks controlled, cloth seat covers, Wall/Doors separating the garage from the porch, Smart TV's, stair well covers and underbody colorful lights.

There are some cosmetic situations: soft pleather seats are peeling therefore covered with cloth, a golf cart 'incident' has been repaired, but the paint job isn't professional. The area does not stand out. There is a 2" puncture on the front door, due to the wind catching the door and crashing it into the awning arm. It has not been repaired, it is only surface damage. It does not go through the door.
