Excellent condition.many extras. We are the second owners and have used it twice our kids are older and no longer enjoy the camping lifestyle so we hope this can go to a family that will use it! Lots of sleeping room. We are a family of 5 and had plently of room. The original owners used it for a trip and then bought a Class A and went full time. There are opposing slides for the kitchen/living area so the living area is quite spacious! The kitchen area has an island and ample storage. I love the electric awning and the built in outside grill. Super family friendly floor plan!! We towed this easily with an older Chevy Tahoe. Weight distributing hitch included.

Heater, ac, upgraded hotwater heater and vent fans, heated beds and fans for the sleeping areas.
