Description

SALE PENDING

Four-Season Timber Ridge 240RBS outfitted to be an excellent boondocking / off-grid rig.

Outdoors RV with more insulation than your standard RV and excellent ground clearance for getting to difficult-to-reach places.

Here is 9-minute walk-through tour of the same model RV which gives a great feel for the floor plan and covers all of the standard features in Outdoors RVs (diamond plating on front, fiberglass front cap, sealed and heated underbelly, etc.).

Solar Setup
We upgraded the battery to an $1100 LiFeBlue 100ah lithium ion battery in order to lighten the tongue weight and increase battery capacity. As of October 7th, the battery has 198 cycles and the BMS reports Perfect condition. The solar charge controller is a Victron Smartsolar MPPT 100/ 30.

The 350-watt Sunpower residential-sized solar panel (valued at $480) performs with near-perfect efficiency. We even recorded a few minutes of 425 watt power as seen by the charge controller. Panel was installed professionally.

Condition
Everything is in excellent working condition. Interior is clean with minimal wear and tear.

New roof spring 2018
New microwave August 2018
Complete service in September 2018 (wheel bearing repack, a/c unit, furnace, refrigerator, propane tank regulators, slide out serviced, new sensor installed for the black tank, and new model 35530 surge guard installed)
New foam in the dinette seats March 2019
New 20 lb propane tanks with gauges January 2020
Switched to LED bulbs

Also, the prior owner installed a new rear bumper, hitch, and wiring–he said he towed a jet ski trailer with it–but we never used it.

We replaced the mattress with two camping pads to reduce tongue weight and removed the couch that is normally featured in this model and built a custom 'desk' to hold a digital piano. We also removed the Jensen stereo system (it wasn’t very good) and replaced it with a pair of great speakers we had used in our house (not included in sale).

Other
Included in the sale is our Andersen weight distribution hitch (valued at $500). Not only is it the lightest WDH available {~55lbs}, but it provides anti-sway and anti-bounce functionality. We used this hitch on two different setups and we think it's amazing.

Also included (if desired) is everything one would need to get started RVing: Levelers, chocks, stabilizer pads, locks, etc.
