This 26-foot coach is a great size - small enough to drive comfortably, but big enough to relax in, whether in a campground or an RV resort. Also makes a great retreat during those pesky power outages or fire evacuations.This RV is based on the Ford Super-Duty E450 chassis and uses the same V10 Ford Triton engine as in much larger motorhomes. It just had a full service and has never given us a hint of trouble. It currently has 51,300 miles on it. No drips. BRAND NEW BATTERIES WERE INSTALLED LAST WEEK. ALMOST LIKE NEW and ready to roll. It just had a full inspection and I had the rear axle and differential serviced to work like new (don't buy a used motorhome that hasn't had the rear-end inspected!) and an engine service (new filters, oil, etc.) Tires are ~3.5 years and only have 9K on them. The coach features the standard amenities: 3-burner stove, microwave, mid-size refrigerator (gas/electric), water heater, TV antenna, forced air furnace and roof-top AC. It features the upgraded, wrap-around dinette, 2 LCD TVs, BLURAY, a porcelain commode, and a 4000W integrated generator! The slide-out really improves the livability. All lights were swapped out with new high-lumen LEDs. There’s a surprising amount of storage inside and out. Everything works as it should and there are very few signs of wear. There is a NEVER-USED AWNING, but it’s still in its original packaging. I never installed it because the extra 5 inches would have made it harder to fit in our RV garage.It's never been lived in full-time, or used for towing (5000-pound tow capacity) or abused in any way. NON-SMOKING. For most of its life, it’s been parked in either an RV garage or an RV barn. There's light fading on the front decals, but all the others look great.This has been a great RV and is in superior condition. Why pay $100K+ for a new one?
