Elegant 2006 Monaco Monarch SE 30-foot Class A motorhome built on dependable Ford Triton V-10 fuel-injected gas chassis. This is one of the last of the motorhomes built by the original Monaco factory in Oregon prior to company ownership change. It has two roomy slideouts. The front slideout holds the built-in dinette and covertable sofa. The rear, an RV queen-size bed with underbed storage. Fine woodwork, a variety of interior lighting types, ample storage and other features are in line with luxury motorhome models.

The engine has 55,000 original miles. It has been well maintained and all service records are available. There are six new tires on the motorhome with less that 2,000 miles on each. The engine cab A/C works great. Other heating and cooling options include a Duotherm ceiling A/C unit with wall thermostat control, LP-gas furnace and two ceiling fans, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom.

The motorhome, with a side couch that converts to a pull-out bed, sleeps four. The separate bath has a full shower, vanity sink and chemical toilet. The kitchen has a dual sink, rangetop gas stove with hood fan, microwave/convection oven and ultra efficient Norcold refrigerator with a roomy freezer. There are numerous wall outlets which work on shore power and a music system throughout the interior that works from a central entertainment unit in the cab. The current tube TV can easily be replaced with a flatscreen and there is room for a small flatscreen TV in the bedroom.
Outside the motorhome, an easy to use dual-arm sun shade covers two-thirds of the length of the motorhome on the curb side. There are six full strorage lockers outside, including one that goes entirely underneath the interior space. Other lockers hold the convenient water/sewer hookups, battery & electrical equipment and generator. Except for the generator compartment, these equipment lockers have extra storage areas. The generator can be engaged and disengaged from the cab. Has tow hookup, back mud flap and tire covers.

The Monaco Monarch also features an automatic self-leveling system. There is a cab mounted screen connected to the backup camera. A rear ladder accesses the roof for servicing. Large adjustable side mirrors add to the ease of driving this great gas-powered mobile home, which can get 14-15 miles per gallon. It has a 75 gallon gas tank.
