All modifications/installations were professionally done, we researched that too and even drove 10 hours from our home in Charlotte to have a specific van builder install our Van Compass Stage 4 Suspension System. We traveled around the country in it for a year so it is mostly highway miles. All vehicle maintenance and recommended service was performed as scheduled or ahead of time by authorized Mercedes Benz dealerships only. We have always observed the #1 rule which is no #2, not once was that rule broken! We also never showered inside the vehicle, we just used the outside shower connections.
