If I were to estimate I have only used maybe 5 or 6 times for about 4 days each over the last three years. I bought in Orlando for periodic trips to property in the Chattanooga, TN area. Last year was able to move to TN so no longer need to visit my property as I can make day trips now. First, when done camping I gave this baby a full bath, drained and rinsed all tanks, and wiped down the entire inside ready for the next trip. Table, sofa, bed, sinks, refrigerator, bathroom/shower, etc. still look brand new with no wearing, tears, or stains. Stove and stovetop have never been used as I always cooked outside on a Camp Chef camping stove. Has outside faucet/spray head as well. Sleeps 8. Has a 13,500 BTU A/C, water heater both propane and electric, radio plays inside and/or outside.

Upgraded battery and battery box with two 6-volt golf cart batteries wired in series and has over 200 amps available. Runs entire camper for days if needed! I installed a battery cutoff switch on battery box with solar trickle charger to keep batteries topped off. Also includes an external battery voltage tester to quickly check voltage on batteries. Camper is a very manageable 24 feet long from hitch to bumper. Much easier for gas stations and stops versus a longer trailer. However, when at the camping site the king size bed slides out of the back opening up the kitchen table and sofa for a total length extended of about 30 feet long. Width is 8ft wide (typical “entry level” campers are only 7 feet wide) so plenty of room inside.

Bottom bunk bed folds up for massive storage in that front area with a dedicated larger side door. Great for taking larger items like a generator, bikes, etc. You can bring your bikes stored IN the camper to your destination! Also includes 2 propane tanks as well as a quick connect under the awning towards the back for an external camping stove/etc. Tow hitch and sway bars included with purchase.

I tried to best describe this camper but in all honesty as great as the pictures look you really have to see for yourself to see what great shape this camper is in.
