It does have a few cosmetic issues, but for its age, it's a pretty good unit with no mechanical problems. We are the original owner and need to part with it because kids are grown. I have shown a photo of the cosmetic damage - it was scraped by a rogue awning in storage!! :(

We do have the 3rd mattress (not shown) in the bunkhouse - we removed it to use as storage space.
