This unit has new painted fenders and 6 new 10-ply Goodyear tires this year. There was a newer fith wheel pin box added to reduce chucking. The price includes a BW Companion 5th wheel hitch. This unit does not have an AC unit in the garage area, but we have a small portable AC unit for this area and comes with the sale. The back garage does have two large beds that retract into the ceiling. The garage area has a 1/2 bath and another fridge. The loft are has 2 single areas for sleeping. It will sleep 10 comfotably. The upholstery for the main couch is scheduled to be redone this month. It has 3 slides; one for the master bedroom, and then 2 in the kitchen and dining areas. I am the 3rd owner and when it is not in use it has been inside a large storage shed. It has been a great unit for our family. We have out grown it, so we are selling it to purchase a premanent vacation home. It is located in Garden City, Kansas.
