This is a custom built 7' by 12' cargo trailer turned into a tiny home. It has a cozy and clean 8" memory foam queen bed, electric water pump, 3 100W Solar panels mounted on the roof, a Goal Zero Yeto 1000 generator, a composting toilet, a dometic fridgerator, stainless steal sink, 15 gallon gray water tank, 7 gallon fresh water tank, a 12V ceiling vent fan, a small 12V mounted fan, a slide out table under the bed, a small space heater, an AC that can be used when plugged into shore power, tons of storage options, and your own front porch with fake grass! I am an artist and I painted the inside designs by hand. I also made the marble tile pieces around the sink out of resin and have aluminum cast art pieces I made as handles for the slide out table and bathroom cabinet. I loved living in this sweet little home. There's lots of natural light and the 7' ceiling allowed me to never feel cramped up. The only reason I am selling it is because (against what I assumed) my car really struggles towing it. There is a small puncture on the back draw door from the supports but it doesn't impact the structural integrity. The bathroom mirror also has a crack but can easily be replaced. This would make a great camper, traveling tiny home, airbnb, or studio.

The make is actually DSTX but it wasn't listed as an option. I picked the closest thing. I have the title in my hand and a bill of sale. I really need this sold soon so I can hit the road. Make me an offer!
