Oversize Fridge, nicely appointed Kitchen, Elect Fireplace in LR, 2 AC's, Nice Outdoor Kitchen (Includes Fridge, Microwave, Stove), Good storage, King Bed, Washer/Dryer. This unit is super clean and half the price of a new unit.
EXTENDED BUMPER TO BUMPER TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY (5 years left). It's nice to know that you can get something repaired or replaced under warranty with a small deductable.
