We are selling the family trailer that we have now loved for 3 years. The only reason that we are selling is that we just do not get out enough anymore, kids are too busy on the weekend. We loved that it was lightweight enough that we only lost .1 mpg while towing, could maneuver it anywhere, always got prime spots while camping, and it had everything our family of 4 needed.

The camper has one King and one Queen. We upgraded to memory foam mattresses (that come with) but you can also have the teddy bear heated mattresses that come with it if you'd like. The dinette and couch can both be folded out into a bed as well.

We also opted for the RV interior and exterior protectant from the dealer.
We added an extra-large shelf outside, custom storage for clothes (the fit in the camper when folded), BAL leveler, removable kid divider (Queen Side), bunk side solar reflectors, and sleeves for the supports (so the floors do not get scratched).

If you have not used a BAL leveler, it makes leveling so simple. It replaces the blocks that you back up and down on several times to get right. My wife called it the marriage saver.
The storage box we made that way each person had their own bag and cubby to store it in. They a large one for the bedding. It makes packing and unpacking super easy.
The front deck is amazing for throwing the bikes, grill, whatever on, it makes packing easier.
