This 2017 399TH is in great condition! Our lives have changed and we are not traveling the country right now so we have decided to sell. We absolutely enjoyed and love this fifth wheel and its difficult to let it go. It will be an amzing camper for its next owner though! So many great memories were made in it and now its someone's else turn.
This model has the super sofa, 5.5 Onan gasoline generator, king bed, 3rd A/C, fireplace, 4 door fridge/freezer that runs on propane or electric. Garage is 13'. Have installed some E-Track in the garage to tie down 3 tires on our Ranger Crew. 1/2 bath in garage, washer dryer hook up but we never used. Tires were upgraded by us when purchased rig new, Goodyear G rated and look good still. We have towed our camper approximately 30,000 miles.
Keyless entry just added this year, as well as Oxygenics shower head. Mattress is original and terrible as most are! We will include the memory foam topper if you want it. Original bedding included but has some snags. Small portable table to use in front of couch included. Table with legs for garage as well as 2 sets of stairs. One for garage ramp/deck and side patio. 2 portable leather chairs included. Railing and 3 season doors for rear ramp patio are included but not installed and never used. (We needed every inch for our Polaris)
Side patio is an amazing feature of this rig. There are 4 tv's - master, living room, garage and side patio. Central vac, fuel station, two awnings (these will need a good cleaning), Blue tooth radio/DVD/center. Micro/convection.
About the only issue is a cut on one of the leather seats. See pictures. This just happened a few weeks ago. I believe by a dogs claw maybe. We did have our dogs travel with us. The glass door to the garage, our pup tore a bit of the gasket on the bottom. Roof looks good. Has a little staining. Auto-level. Can be controlled with app too.
This rig is in great shape! All the contents in the garage that you see is NOT included. We are just in the process of moving our things out! Thanks for looking!
