She is just inches under 40 ft. She has been in a permanent site since bought her brand new. You will never find a fifth wheel with this amount of storage, with a water heater as large or a black tank as big. She has an automatic leveling system, two large refrigerators, central vacuum system, washer/dryer combo. Two air conditioners that run quiet. She has unbelievable outdoor storage. Plus a king size bed. Two televisions, fireplace, pull out spice rack, separate cupboard for garbage, pantry with drawers pull outs. A smart fan. She was professionally painted with paint suitable for all weather conditions. The furniture is also custom for the unit. We are only giving her up because we want to go on the road and bought a small motorhome. She has been maintained and is winterized each year by a local RV dealer. She is currently located at Lucky’s Last Resort in Plymouth, Iowa.
