Condition

Mechanically the RV is in super shape - everything runs great and has been maintained as per specs. Drivability is super and fun - this RV has no problems steaming up long hills even in steep areas like when traveling to Lake Tahoe. The house condition is good to very good - there are some nicks and scratches here and there but nothing significant! All appliances work as they did when new. The newly added Pioneer CarPlay / Android coach stereo is great as you can just ask Siri / Google Assistants for hands free driving assistant and the map just appears on the screen. Same as for hands free calling - works great!

A couple things to note: The awning has been removed as the fabric tore a couple years ago and decided I would use a pop up instead. I have all the hardware but if it were me I'd add a new powered awning that they didn't include as an option on this model. Also - there's one missing shade over the couch. We have the order form ready but didn't realize the lead time is 6 weeks because of Covid. Easy to install once you order and receive.
