Acquired in a property sale. All manuals and initial purchase agreement for $34,000 are present. Reported to have 10,000 miles on it with six uses. Has sit empty for 2 yrs. I checked and everything inside works but there is mouse evidence so all bedding etc. has been discarded to prevent further inhabitants so you would need a new mattress/bedspread etc. Chairs, carpet, and foldout bed look good. I did not check awning but awning cover (see photo's) is in rough shape. I assume it works as everything else does, but it probably needs some refurb.
