7.5kw Diesel generator. Full air ride 8 bag suspension. Recently serviced pass state inspection. Has two brand new front steer tires and newish rear tires. Recent new chassis batteries. It has for house batteries deep cycle, that will be replaced before I sell it. On the inside it sleeps 4, queen size bed in the rear and then two couches upfront which one folds down into a sleeping position, leather drivers and passenger seats one of the couches is leather. Carpet has to be cleaned not in bad shape, cherry wood cabinets in the kitchen area. There is two roof mounted AC units which run off of shore power and or the generator when necessary. In the driving area there are two electric operated sunscreens that come down, passenger front seat swivel to turn back into the living area. There is a 16 foot slide on the driver side that goes out. Has a microwave convection oven gas stove and it's a good size refrigerator that is operated off the shore power and or propane. It has a hurricane heater and electric water heater back up. Water is also heated through a transfer system off the engine an heat when traveling down the road so you have hot water at all time plus runs the heating system in the main living area as well. This is a high-end unit that in 1999 it's sold for $279,000. It is a well-built unit. It has been driven all around the country by its original owner and then back-and-forth to Florida for my wife and I, we used it as well as going to places like Foxwoods in spending overnights there in it and other things. We also use it as a guest house for when we had traveling company come over to visit. It drives just like a bus. It has newish brakes on it very little miles on the brakes, mechanicals have been serviced as I said earlier I spent about $4500 on it within the last several months keeping it maintained.
