Up for Sale is our MINT condition Thor Motor Coach Daybreak 22GO Motorhome. We bought this brand new 3 Months Ago and have had some changes this summer that won't allow us to travel like we had hoped (hoping to get into a seasonal travel trailer since we LOVE the hobby).

We're limited to (4) pictures in this ad, but you can simply research this model online and youtube and learn everything about it. She's actually better than new since we've done a lot of the most popular upgrades already. Such as:

(1) Upgraded to Maxx-Air bathroom vent van ---Should have done sooner
(2) Installed manual crank stabilizing jacks ---Awesome upgrade
(3) Upgraded to Oxygenics Spa Shower Head and Expanding Shower Rod to nearly double the shower stall space ---Life changing
(4) Valve Stem Extensions to be able to check/adjust tire pressure without removing wheel covers or special tools. --- No brainer
(5) Windshield Cover - comes with the factory interior curtain too, but that's sort of a pain. --- Great for privacy and climate control

We've had ZERO issues with the Motorhome and it has under 900 miles (currently 810 but we are still in use with it). The onboard generator has about 1 hour on it. I'm so crazy about the cleanliness and maintenance that I actually removed the toilet a couple weeks ago to inspect the black tank. It was perfectly clean and I felt great about how we've been flushing it. It's. Basically. Brand. New. It's on the Chevrolet Express 3500 Chassis and drives SOOOO smooth.

The MSRP was over $80k and the NADA value comes in around $64k with all options (i.e. generator. solar prepped.etc.). I'm listing at a very competitive $59,000 and I'm willing to take the hit to be able to get into a local travel trailer instead.
