We bought this 2020 Palomino Backpack Edition HS-2902 Badlands at the end of last summer. It has been taken on a few camp trips over this past summer. As much as we love it and never planned to sell, it would appear we have to much **** and need the space a travel trailer can provide. Since we originally never planned to sell, we have done quite a few things to this camper to make it trully a "go anywhere" setup.
We ordered this camper with literally every option they would allow us to. It has the Badlands package which includes the solar panel and charging system, Line-X wrapped front cap and 3'rd battery tray. Additional options include A/C, tankless water heater, solid surface countertops, Cool Grey gel coat exterior finish, heated tanks, friction hinge door, dual Thule power awnings with LED lighting, Torquelift international rear landing pad bumper with storage, and wireless electric corner jacks.
Additionally, we added quite a few other items after delivery. These include Max Air vent covers, additonal 175 watts worth of solar panels to take total to 275, onboard 1100 watt inverter with dedicated indoor and outdoor recepitcles as well as power to Microwave, built in city water connection filtration, pull down residential sink faucet with sprayer, 3" memory foam mattress topper, outdoor pressurized hot/cold water connections, 2 bicycle ladder rack, Furrion backup camera, keyless RVLock door entry, and an upgraded shower head faucet.
Obviously with the list above you can see we had no intention of selling. It has been outfitted to the max and is in as good of condition as when we purchsed it. With full price offer I will also throw in the new black TorqueLift shotgun tie downs with their locks.
Dont bother with low price offers. I have no need to sell quickly and am happy to wait for the right buyer. If you want a camper that is decked out to the max and half to a third the price of some of the competion, this is the one. I hauled it on my 3/4 ton 6'6" bed.
