SALE PENDING: Perfect condition, garage kept and low mileage (< 10,000). I had a dual mount carrier installed to the rear bumper & frame (see photos). It can carry a generator, spare tire etc. The cost of materials & welding were roughly $500, and the work was professionally done. The price also includes anti-sway bars & heavy duty ball mount by Equal-i-zer (cost incl labor $850). The camper tracks perfectly w/o the anti-sway bars, but they are used just in case of unforseen emergency maneuvers at highway speeds. I've never needed them, but felt better having them hooked up. Brand new state inspection (no issues). My wife and I love this camper, but it doesn't fit in with our new hobby of 4x4 offroad exploring. So, we're getting a class C motorhome to pull the 4 wheeler on it's trailer. BTW our 1/2 ton Nissan Titan P/U pulls this camper with no problem. It's only 7 ft wide thanks to having the wheels tucked in under the chasis. It's just a few inches wider than the P/U, so it's simple to hold your lane when driving in rush hour, multi-lane traffic (St Louis comes to mind).
Our minimalist strategy was simply "everything you need and nothing that you don't". We're pleased with the queen bed (60x74) and large storage box beneath it and having a slide out for the sleeper sofa. Also, there is a curtain to separate the bed from the living area. The refrigerator and freezer are roomy and operate on gas or electric. We like the convenience of a 3 burner range with hood and light, an oven, double sinks, and a flip up counter extension. The kitchen has considerable cabinet storage. There is a fold out table for snacks or meals that can be placed in front of the sofa or stored behind the sofa. Thanks to the slide, the floor space between the sofa and kitchen is roomy and comfortable. The sound system is good, having AM/FM, CD, DVD and bluetooth capability, plus an LED TV. The bath has a separate shower with skylight, roomy wardrobe closet, sink and medicine cabinet. The HVAC works well and the controls are straight forward. Other features : Covered ceiling vents in the bath and bedroom, smoke and co2 detectors, built in winterization features, abundant LED lighting, power awning w/LED lighting, patio speakers, power tongue jack w/light, auxiliary battery w/disconnect, manual stabilizer jacks (set all 4 in 2 minutes), external shower, TV antenna on the roof and cable ready, enclosed underbelly, high gloss fiberglass sidewalls, empty wt 3,706, GVW 7,000.
