After looking at the documents I realized this is the 2018 model year not 2017-could not change the title of the listing.

Rare Hard Sided Dormer A-liner with full bathroom and blackwater and graywater tanks. Stored in garage until recently.

Equipment: 20 gallon fresh water holding tank, Water heater, Furnace, Koolkat Air Conditioner/Heat Pump), Two 5 gal LP tanks, Auxiliary Battery, 30 Amp Service

Exterior: Off road edition, Alloy Wheels, External Shower, Fiberglass Sidewalls, Spare Tire, Stabilizer Jacks, Double hard dormers. Unit originally came with a window AC unit. Would not fit into garage with the window unit. An Aliner dealer removed the window AC unit and installed a baggage door allowing access to storage where the AC unit used to reside. Same Aliner dealer installed a Koolkat AC/Heat pump. Also had wind kit/lift kit installed.

Interior: Double dormers for roomy interior, Air conditioner/Heat Pump, Furnace, Fantastic fan, Two-burner indoor stove, 3-cubic square foot refrigerator with freezer, Sink, Microwave, Rear Couch that turns into a Queen bed, 2nd couch that turns into a bed.
