Selling this gorgeous RV on behalf of my parents who purchased it brand new in 2016. We are selling because we no longer use it, not because there's nothing wrong with it. Some things not currently pictured are dishwasher, outdoor TV and speakers, or underneath compartments - those are coming soon.

• It has very low miles/road wear, because it was parked and used in just one spot for three years.
• Tires are higher end, G rated tires.
• There is a king size pillow top mattress in the bedroom (it hinges upward with lots of storage underneath!)
• It has full body paint, auto levels up, and a new water pump was just installed.
• Three custom add-ons were a dishwasher, surge guard protector, and slide toppers on the pop-outs.
• We also added a higher shower head attachment for tall folks.
• The stock TV in the living room was replaced with an HDR smart TV, 55 inches.
• There is plumbing for a washer and dryer in the closet in the bedroom, however we have never used it.
• The small dyson vacuum cleaner that is installed in the closet is included.

• Underneath the RV is heated, with underbelly protection and tank heaters
• Mileage: it's been from WA to CA once, and back and forth between Anacortes and Cle Elum three times. Other than that it's been in the same spot.
