Solar panel, inverter, awning, generator underhood. Tires are in excellent condition. There is a rock chip in the windshield (lower driver side) that has been repaired by safelite. The body and paint are in excellent condition with no rust or dents (It it is covered and stored during the winter). Everything works as advertised. There is no damage either inside or outside of the coach. Well maintained with complete service records. The driver seat is showing some wear on the left hand side. Additional upgrades that have been added:

• Internal voltage/surge protector
• Led strip lights inside the coach
• Sumo springs on both the front and back
• Blackwater tank flush
• Passenger sliding door screen insert
• Curtains between the driver area and the rest of the coach.
• Replaced the plastic faucet in the kitchen sink with a metal one.
• Sunshades for the windshield, driver and passenger doors.
• Cabinets/Wine rack/shoe rack bolted in place of the two rear Captains chairs (the captains chairs can be reinstalled)

• Led lights in each cabinet
