This is a 2013 bought new from dealership and delivered. It has not been on the road except for delivery.   Used at a hunting lease and immaculately cared for.  Wheels on concrete.   Tires covered from sun, washed and roof treatments done over the years.  No leaks.  Only used about 5 weekends a year.  Everything works and  is in good shape.  Electric awning, two AC units, corian type countertops, 45” toshiba tv, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, washer hook ups, plenty of storage inside and out.   New battery 9/2020.  Everything works. The RV is really in good shape.  Some water damage to wood cabinets below refrigerator.  Lost power and ice bag melted and leaked. $23,000 is a great price for this rig. A few cosmetic issues but everything is in good shape for this lightly used fifth wheel RV. Make me an offer!!!!  Ready to sell.
