Selling our Entegra Aspire 44R bunkhouse with low miles. The four of us went full-time but the virus put an end to that after two months. We love the coach but with the kids going back to school we just won't be using it much.

Purchased in Elkhart, IN April 2019 with 100 miles on it (the Entegra factory is near the dealer). From there I went to Spartan training in Michigan Sept. of 2019. During training Spartan performed an inspection and made some adjustments (ride height, tire pressure, etc.) and I also took a professional driving class. Did a quick trip to Tennessee and another to Disney before we launched fulltime. Made it to Arizona before having to turn back. The coach performed beautifully with no issues and we really enjoyed it.

I drove the coach back to Spartan for the annual maintenance this past Spring where they changed engine and generator oil, adjusted ride height, changed the front shocks per Entegra recall, and some other minor items (I can provide all service docs.)

I have a warranty appointment scheduled at Entegra for November 10-13 the Fall to resolve some minor issues (awning adjustment, fix some shades, lights, etc.) and to service the Aquahot system. The factory warranty goes through April of 2021.

I had the coach professionally washed and waxed several times and it is in great shape. We had an essential oil rack made for the rear bathroom and we had a custom cork board and bookshelf made for the wall adjacent to the fridge.

The coach is located in Frankfort, IL on a paved lot so it's easy to show. Offered for $295,000. To replace it is $100K more.
