Like new condition!  Trailer has less than 200 miles on the tires.  Two super slides, island kitchen.  Large TV/entertainment center.  Two theatre chairs, sofa sleeper.  Large shower with seat inside.  Two AC units.  8900 lbs dry weight.  Inside and outside speakers.  Outdoor kitchen.  Electric jacks front and rear.  

I used it for working out of town and have a different job now and no longer need it.  Stove has never been used.
