This has been a great layout and really usefull for our family. The only reason for selling is we found another layout that we are very interested in. This trailer has been taken on about 6 trips, 3-5 days at a time over the last two summers. We bought it from a family that bought it new and used at their house as a home base during renovations for a few months. I was the first to tow it. All the bearings have been greased, the brakes work great, the roof is sealed tight. Please let me know if you have any questions. The front cap does have some paint fade that is common with this era of Jayco Eagle series color scheme.
