RV in great condition, only complaint is that the wall plug outlets would pop out if not careful when removing a cord. Nothing on this RV has broken, all tanks in great working condition, water lines and pump are good. Has washer/ dryer hook ups in the garage. The 2nd restroom has only been used once. Tires have less than 6000 miles and has spare tire. 3 AC units in good working condition. Refridgerator is electric and gas. Ramp was used only one time to load and is in good condition. All 3 awnings are in good shape, only had out on low to no windy days. Made routine check ups on roof to verify no caulking or sealants cracking. Installed a black tank cyclone vent which helps keep smell from backing up into the RV which usually would only happen on hot days, this eliminated that. The loft was used 3 times, chairs in main area in great shape except one has small puncture where it caught a section of the window trim. Self leveling system, no hydraulic leaks. All jacks in good condition. Generator is good, will have serviced before sale. Purchased 5 year premium warranty, IS GOOD FOR 2 MORE YEARS.
