2016 Kodiak 240BHSL, in good condition. One owner, bunkhouse model, cleaned regularly, maintained, never smoked in and was not used with pets. One pop out for dining table. Two skylights and blinds on all windows. Grill included for rear mounting bracket already installed. All appliances work well, main TV included with 2nd TV bracket already installed. 85% tread left on tires. Awning and roof maintained and in good condition. Electric awning.
