  • Common question: any issues, there were two issues. 1st, a few months after taking ownership a cabinet door loacted over rear couch fell off, Installed new hinge and screws, no issue since. Summer 2020, traveling through NE strong winds the bedroom slide awinging came loose and flipped up onto the roof and put a dozen small screw head sized tears in the membrane, no damage to decking. Repaired roof with Eternabond system. During analyisis of awing to determin why that happened, found that the awing torsion spring broke. Looked at other slide room awning torsion springs and found similar fatique cracking on the cup that attaches the torsion springs to the awining tubes. Decision was made to take preventive action and replaced the three slide room awing torsion springs with new from Lippert Mfg. Also installed anti-billowing on bedrrom slide and Right Side room awnings as well as cradles for the two patio awnings.
