I could talk about all the features, but please see the Mobile Suites Retail Price Sheet in the pictures for all the features and options.   This coach has every option except for the generator itself.  It does have generator prep.  The DRV Mobile Suites is the top of the line 5th Wheel.  It says partial paint, but what that means is it is paint over paint and the only decals being the DRV decals.  It has the full fiberglass roof, King Bed, Satelite TV, slide toppers, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything else you see on the list.  The Mor-Ryde Independent Suspesnsion and Pin Box allow it to ride like a dream and is easy to pull.  It has exceptional insulation, fit and finish, and construction is as solid as can be.  Read about the construction at http://www.drvsuites.com.  There has been little change from 2016 to 2020 on this model.  

It has been stored in a covered space when not in use.  It has been meticulously maintained, washed and wax regularly and looks like a brand new 5th Wheel at half the price.  We are not smokers and it has never been smoked in.  We also have no pets and no kids.  With the leveling system, it takes minutes to set this up when parking.  

We do have a 2016 F350 XLT with only 14k miles available as a package deal for additional cost if you need a tow vehicle.
