2012 hw296 high wall popup, non smokers never been smoked in,  with lots of upgrades. In the last yr all new canvas top, 2 new batteries with disconnect switch, 2 new 30 lb gas bottles with cover. Foil wrapped bubble wrap inserts for all windows to help keep in heat in cold weather. New anode in water heater. New tires and repacked bearings. Looking to move into a fifth wheel so need to sell this wonderful trailer. Has king bed on one end, queen on other, dinette can convert to a queen and has jacknife style sofa next to tv with dvd player/tv and  radio.  All in all could sleep 7-8 people just never have, only used by wife and me. Full kitchen with 3 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, double sink, 3 way mini fridge, full wet toilet/ shower, 6 gallon propane water heater, gas furnace heat, rooftop air conditioning. outside grill with gas line hookup, table next to grill rebuilt as original got warped, descent storage throughout, came w/ hanging bags over sink and near bed for more storage. Very comfortable camper, 18’ box plus an extra 11’ with beds out and set up. Also did flex seal undercoating of entire underside when we bought trailer in 2015, always heard how moisture could get into wood flooring and rot it out so we wanted to protect it. Trailer has no soft spots in floor or roof, no mold or water damage. Is in excellent conditioned, stored out of the weather in a carport and have always used damp rid to prevent moisture since this is florida and very humid in summer. Lastly, when we bought trailer we got the hitch with the anti sway bar system that helps level the ride and give more control, we are including this with trailer, and trailer has electric brakes as well
