I am the 3rd owner of this RV. Everything works with some normal wear and tear inside and out. This unit has the propane generator, very nice factory option of the ultraleather, heated drain tanks, water purifier, and is satellite radio ready. Selling because we are looking for something different for our growing family. We have really enjoyed using it but we need something just a bit bigger now. Brand new front tires (Michelin's) with alignment, and windshield (damaged by a rock previously). No accidents. The rear tires are at about 7/32nds. Manual crank stabilizer jacks have been added to the rear. Transmission serviced last fall and oil just changed this month. Never been used to tow. Previous owner added a stiffer Hellwig Rear Stabilizer bar and Sumo Springs front and rear. It also has Koni shock front and rear. Coach battery replaced in 2018. House batteries upgraded to slightly larger deep cycles in 2019. Power awning fabric replaced in 2020. There is a 2000watt inverter under the dinette seats also. In addition to my records I have all the service records from the previous owner (2015 to 2018.)

I have added an additional seat behind the passenger seat. It is removable and can be included in sale if desired. It mounts through the floor and I have plugs that fill the mounting holes when the seat is not being used.
I also added a new sewer hose storage area as the original one does not fit the nicer sewer hoses and was damaged.
