Totally flipped Trailer. Good cold a/c, cold refrigerator, new tires. We replaced lights, sink, countertops, mattress and floors, including new microwave. Also added a new fan with exhaust that pulls in air and one that blows outward. Not a dark old trailer, like new Beautiful. This a weekend camper suitable for 3 people. Sacrifice at this price! Make me a reasonable offer. Found a 28 ft. We want to buy.
