We just bought this in July 2020 as our house was being finished. We would like to keep it but found it too small for long term usage. We spent six straight weeks in it with absolutly no issues.

Its an awesome rv. We upgraded the mattress, upgraded steps that go to the ground, put on slide topper, back up camera and automatic keyless door lock. It is ready for you and clean.

We changed the shower head to a stronger flow, also upgraded the ceiling speakers as the stock ones were terrible. We even put in a cat / doggie door on the side of the bed base as we had our cat with us for a little while. It worked great for our cat.

The mattress is a new one purchased from Costco. It was one of those mattress in a box that unfolds and is super comfortable. We added some shelf type paper to the plywood base that the mattress sits on top to make it easier to move the bed around when it comes to making the bed up daily. The bed sits on a plywood top and it was difficult to make the bed. It slides nicely now as we put down that shelf paper.


I will share the exact payoff from my bank with the buyer. Right now it is hovering around $31,000.  You won't find another 2021 model this loaded anywhere near this price. There is no stock at dealers and the wait is close to three to four months. Then add the extra on top and you are close to $40k.

I am only asking my pay off not a penny more or less. We live just east of Dallas about 30 miles. It is kept safe at my house.
