I purchased this Sprinter new from a dealer in 2019, and immediately sent it to Automotive Designs and Fabrication in San Fernando, CA for upfitting. In addition to traveling and climbing across the American West, I was also able to successfully live in the van comfortably for a continuous six months.

While I've kept the interior fairly minimal for my purposes, the professionally installed electrical components (listed below) are top of the line. The combination of the memory foam matress, spaciousness, and running water capability make this van incredibly comfortable for the active (and potentially dirty) explorer. Additonally, the automated rooftop vent is probably the most useful temperature controlling item, but the 12 volt AC unit kept me cool during many 100+ degree desert days.
