Camper has been very well maintained. Washed multiple times a year and waxed at couple times also. No blackstreaks, no leaks, and no mice ever. Covered when not in use and stored indoors for the winter. Camper has awnings over each slide. Comes with cover and distribution hitch. Full outdoor kitchen, outdoor tv mount, led lighting under couch and counter tops, full queen size bed, 39" tv, outdoor speakers, and black tank clean systems. The awning is still perfectly white underneith with no mildew or stains. Please excuse the dryer sheets from the pictures. Pictures were taken at the beginning of summer. No issues. Everything is in working order. Two skylights. Our family no longer has time to own a camper anymore.
