 This RV was used for less than 2 years for occasional camping. Sofa sleeper has never been used, only the two of us.  We added a second a/c in bedroom when purchased in Sept 2018. Spotless unit with the wonderful rear kitchen with pennisula and countertop stools.  Recliners are super comfortable and on a cool morning the heat option came in handy!  We never even took off the plastic on the foot rests.  Fireplace place is a great option.  I fought it at first but camping in the Northwoods sure changed my mind.  This is an awesome camper any family would love to have and priced well below what a lot would sell for. Pulls great.
