What a great price for this 5th wheel toy hauler. This AWSOME toy hauler has been kept in covered storage and used only 2 times! As the pictures show it is in almost new condition. We have never hauled any toys so the garage floor is perfect. There is a bath and a half in garage and the main bath has sliding glass doors and bench in the shower for extra comfort. Both toilets are porcelain. In the garage you can sleep 4 adults in the fold down couch and electric drop down bed. There is a twin size loft in the living room or you can use for extra storage and a KING BED in master. The garage with the two beds can help be a private "bedroom" and with the half bath which offers even more convenience for your family or guest. This unit also features a pull down screen off the garage so you can enjoy the fresh air without worrying about bugs or mosquitoes! The large couch in living room seats 4 and all seats recline. There is an abundance of storage inside and out so you can take all of your creature comforts easily! We added an awning over the back porch so you can enjoy outside without worrying about being in the sun. Your pets can enjoy sitting out side as well. The 3 MORryde 4 steps at front door, back door and off the back porch are wide and heavy duty for ease stability and safety. The tv in garage can be mounted outside the unit for your outdoor enjoyment. The fantastic fan in kitchen/living room helps circulate air or pull hear out of the unit. The two a/c units keep you cool even in the hottest days of summer. The outside offers a refueling station and the self leveling hydraulics makes your life easy. The LED lights are wonderful if you want to light up the camp site including off the back porch or enjoy the dimmer ambience under the main awning. The hot water heater is gas/electric. The unit is prepped for solar should you choose. The Onan 550 generator is super quiet. There is also a 2018 Chevy 1 ton dully HIGH COUNTRY with approximately 4000 miles available.
