This fits on our short box F250
One owner, always stored inside. We have used it 5 times since purchasing new in March of 2016.
The stove top, oven, shower, microwave, A/C , TV, have never been used. Our property has a bathroom facility so the holding tank has also never seen TP or well, you get it.
This camper has all the bells and whistles offered in 2016.
It has the sit across dinette (which becomes a bed)
We added a rack on top for paddle boards etc.
There is also a roof top solar panel. 95w
3 way fridge and freezer

For asking price, I will include tie downs and extended hitch.
We are selling to get something bigger.
We live on Vashon Island so please be aware a ferry ride is needed to see it.
The only issue is the rear electric awning was damaged when we caught a branch. I can pay to get that fixed or we can negotiate.
