Anti-high wind adjustable supports.   Can be towed by most vehicles.  Hitch weight is 130lbs; rig  dry wt is 1395 lbs.   We are the second owners who purchased in 10/2018 while we lived in Knoxville and frequented the smokies.    During cooler weather, we used a small ceramic heater which was more than enough to keep us toasty.   We prefer to cook outside and would use campground grills, firepits, and, as there is an outside outlet, a plug-in single burner.  Previous owner was a single female who used infrequently.   No smokers.   Has been garaged/carport covered up to mid-August of this year when we moved to Oxford, MS.  Stairs are safe for dog's nails with a protective covering.  Two propane tanks, one battery.  Included is a 10' x 10' canopy. We have used this when visiting family and plugged into their 220.     We are located one hour south of Memphis.
