I have owned this RV since 2015 and have approximately $10,000+ worth of receipts for repairs/upgrades I have had completed since then. I have driven it across the country multiple times (non-stop) and it runs great! I was using it for work and was living in it for approximately 4yrs so I upgraded many things to make it more comfortable!It has a Chevrolet V10 engine and I have all service receipts since I have owned it and will provide them with the RV.

Upgrades/repairs completed since 2015:

• KOHLER Confidant 5 - 50amp 5/KW Generator fully operational and runs strong – professionally serviced recently and only has 170hrs! It will power everything in RV at the same time if needed! (both AC units running on high)
• Original 6ft3 Refrigerator replaced with new AC/12V Propane - 7 ft3 (2018) (Norcold 7LX unit)
• New gas furnace (2017)
• Replaced awning arms (2016)
• New LED ceiling lighting (2018)
• New Bathroom/kitchen faucets(2017)
• Replaced water valves in water cabinet in 2017 (potable water drain valves and internal tank fill etc)
• All 6 tires replaced in 2017 (also have a spare new tire)
• New roof coating (2020 recently)
• Replaced engine wiring harness (rodent damage from previous owner – ran ok but needed replacement)
• Welded steel reinforcements to underneath of storage cabinets for extra strength

• Dual AC units – fully functional and run COLD!
• Front suspension airbags (smoother ride)

• • 42” flatscreen and Wineguard Automatic Satellite dish (approx. $800 value)
  • Heated water supply hose (rated to -20°F) (approx. $100 value - new is $150)

• Hydraulic leveling jacks - a recent fluid line leak will need repair before use. (jacks were working before leak)
