Description

PENDING SALE
This is a heavily optioned Lance 2075 and it's a great camper. It's just time for us to get something a little bigger to carry our 3 dogs. I have included the build sheet in the pics so you can see how many extras this comes with.

This is the perfect boondocking camper for the two of you or a small family with the onboard solar (380w) and 1500W inverter. Also included are 2 - 100ah Lithium batteries that are typically $1000 each.

The dinette can be rotated and moved, in addition to be able to lower to convert to a bed.

The roomy queen size bedroom is separated from the rest of the camper and gives some privacy. There is a 12V TV in the bedroom with outlets on either side of the bed to be able to plug in either 110V or 12V appliances (i.e. CPAP). There are two hanging closets on either side of the bed with a drawer under each.

The refrigerator (7 cf) is a 3-way, so it has 110v, propane, and 12V options. Go with the 12V while towing and not worry about draining the batteries since the solar recharges the whole time.

The Truma heating / hot water system is great and much more efficient than the typical forced blower that comes on most campers. The system runs on one or two electric elements when plugged in, or will run on propane. The heat is blown quietly through ducted vents.

In addition to the normal refrigerator, this also has a secondary cooling tray in the rear kitchen area that is accessed from outside. It's a perfect place to put those drinks to keep cool, or store the meat that you will be grilling. It will go cold enough to freeze.

The rear kitchen also has a sink and a two burner stove that pulls out from the rear.

This camper has large acrylic windows all around and two sunroofs vents (one over dinetter and one over bed) allow for plenty of cross ventilation.

There are two awnings - one that runs the length of the camper on the curbside and the other comes out over the rear of the outdoor kitchen.

The bathroom is nicely layed out with a ceramic toilet and large shower. There's enough room to actully step out of the shower and get dried off in the bathroom.

It's a Lance, so you know you get the quality you pay for.
