We are selling our 2019 Cedar Creek Silverback model 33IK. There are no known problems with this Fifth wheel. We have upgraded many things other than the upgraded options. I have included in the pictures the floor plan, the weight, size and holding tank capacities. Also in the pictures are the options that we purchased when we bought the RV, they have black marks next to them. Other upgrades include a wall heater in bedroom, between this and the fireplace we have not had the need for the furnace. This saves propane use. Also had 2 LED lights midway up on rear of camper to help others see when there are bikes on the back. Added a latch on road side door to hold in place while open. The RV propane fridges are known for not cooling as well as residential fridges, so I have installed fans on the inside to circulate the air and fans on the outside (at the bottom and top) to help cool and remove hot air from the unit. Since this has been added we only have to run fridge on #5 out of 10 to keep fridge at right temp. Also had the spring purches tied together with long 2” square tubing to eliminate side to side movement. This was done by Lippert, so it did not void the frame warranty. We had shocks put on front garage door which make it easier on operator. Added a Trailair hitch pin to give a much better towing experience. Also added the Hurricane vent cover over bathroom vent.  Had additional skirt braces added. This is a beautiful unit with no flaws. Getting out of camping is the only reason we are selling. This unit is stored inside all year.
