This is a gently used Travel Trailer, used for 15 months while working in SF Bay area.  It is in a RV park and has a new redwood deck included, custom built for disabled persons. Take it or leave it, but the deck is yours with the sale.  Many amenities never used, including the oven, stove and microwave.  The kitchen countertop is wide and great for cooking. The indoor shower has been used only a few times.  There's a complete outdoor kitchen untouched (stove, sink, fridge).  The awning has been opened only on a few occasions.  Ducted A/C, furnace and hot water heater rarely turned on. Solar ready. Two TVs, a beautiful fireplace. The dinette was removed for business purposes and a couch is in its place. The carpet covering placed by the manufacturer is still on so the carpeting is pristine.  The RV is on concrete cinder blocks, therefore the tires are new, only 120 miles on them, from dealer to bay area.
