Description

5280 miles traveled over the past 3 years camping in this Momentum 327M Toy Hauler. 30 gal gas tank with external electric fuel pump to gas up whatever toys you take with you, as well as running your on-board ONAN 5500 watt generator (73.8 hrs used). Dry weight of this unit is 12,128 lbs. On board 117 gal fresh water; 101 gal grey; 52 gal waste water.

In the garage, the Happi-jac bed system allow the flexibility of one top queen bed with a four person dining area below, or easily remove the table and flip the bench seat back to turn into another queen bed. Both beds store neatly up at the ceiling when not in use. A retractable screen pulls down when the ramp is open. Roll-up carpet included.

The kitchen / living area has a 4 seat couch and all four positions recline for relaxing while watching the 40" TV. Also included are tv mounts in the Master Bedroom and the Garage. In the kitchen area there's a large sink, counter space, 3 burner range, microwave, refrigerator, and huge walk-in pantry. Overhead cabinets and lower cupboards and drawers for all of your dishes and other items.

The original master bedroom mattress was moved to the top queen bed in the garage, we added an upgraded queen bed in the MSTR BR. The orig. foam mattress for the top queen bed is stored under the master bed for use should you need to convert the lower dining area into a bed for your family or quests.

On top there is a crank up tv antenna with a booster amplifier, & in addition to the standard single air conditioner, this unit has a 2nd factory installed air conditioner for the master bedroom that works along with the kitchen / living area unit for those extremely hot days.

Two 30 pound propane tanks with an auto-switchover come with the unit. Both the refrigerator and the water heater can either be run by propane or electric, allowing you to load up your fridge before your trip and keep everything cold going down the road. The propane also is used for the 35,000 Btu furnace for when you are camping in the fall or spring.

In the garage area there is a hookup for a washer / dryer unit. The original sticker still shows the location for the optional dryer vent on the wall.

Using the generator during the hottest hours of the day and when necessary for heating something up in the microwave, and conserving water usage, we were able to camp off-grid for a week in this amazing unit.

This has been an great fifth-wheel but with the kids going to college, we are looking to downsize.
